The nymphs and adult bugs range from 1.5 mm to 5.5 mm long. Common symptoms include bites, castings (shells), blood spots on sheets and visible bugs.

Try to eliminate food sources and water leaks. Keep all food items including pet foods in airtight containers. Regularly wipe out cabinets and clean behind appliances. Multiple chemical treatments over a few months span is suggested to control the roach population.
